To cancel your order while within this time window, simply navigate to order history inside you your account or contact us via messages.

We will ship the items out within 48 hours, and it usuallay takes 2 to 5 business days to deliver.

Please kindly understand that, each lock cylinder will equip with different keys to ensure safety (Regarding Additional Key Requests). Usually we just produce two keys for each lock. If you need extra alike keys, you could go to your local hardware store to copy the original key.
