Keys
Different units with unique lock cylinder to ensure safety, so the same multie units cannot be keyed alike. But we offer a 2-pack with 4 keyed alike keys for certain models. Search with "2 Pack" in store for reference.
Please kindly understand that, each lock cylinder will equip with different keys to ensure safety (Regarding Additional Key Requests). Usually we just produce two keys for each lock. If you need extra alike keys, you could go to your local hardware store to copy the original key.

When not in use for an extended period, especially outdoors or during winter, they may develop issues affecting their functionality. Clean locks thoroughly before long-term storage to remove dirt and debris. And apply lock-specific lubricant to keyways and moving parts to prevent rust and ensure smooth operation. Latch Lock

RETRUE Latch Lock uses a simple 1/4-turn lock activation for convenient locking and unlocking, simply spin the flat key 5-7 times to open or close our hitch locking pin.
Rubber Cap
We recommend that you keep the cap closed. The purpose of the cap is to protect the lock cylinder from corrosion in all types of weather and to prevent debris from entering the cylinder.
